To support the talents of tomorrow, Amazon supports the Deutschlandstipendium program.

To give you the opportunity to receive personal support from us as well as to get in touch with Amazon, we would like to invite you to our mentoring program, which we offer together with our partner ROCK YOUR LIFE!.

  • All participants in the mentoring program will be paired with an Amazon employee as a personal mentor for six months.
  • During the one-to-one mentoring relationship, your mentor will support you in your studies, help you navigate personal challenges, and provide career advice tailored to your goals.
  • You’ll also gain fascinating insights into what it’s like to work at Amazon.
  • Additionally, throughout the program, we aim to offer you the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with fellow participants.
  • To support this, we have planned a live event per location and various IT-specific keynotes.

Your participation in the mentoring program is voluntary and free.

Fast Facts

Duration: April 2026 – September 2026

Estimated time commitment: During your six-month time as a mentoring couple, you should meet at least six times to talk. We recommend meetings every 14 days.

Meeting: You can meet your mentor either digitally or in person.

Requirements: To ensure you are well-prepared for the mentoring relationship and to address all your questions in advance, there will be a one-day online pre-qualification session. This event is mandatory. The mentoring can take place in either English or German.

Support: Melissa from ROCK YOUR LIFE! will regularly check in to ensure everything is running smoothly and that you always have someone to reach out to if necessary.

Registration: We would like to start our mentoring program mid-March. If you want to participate, please sign up until Friday, March 6.
